Goal achieved

The realisation of what exactly I have achieved has only really started to set in during the last day or two. When we set off on this journey from John O Groats I was not entirely sureĀ  I would reach Lands End on two wheels. I was satisfied that I had done sufficient training and …

Training update

Torn shoulder muscle finally healed. Started training in earnest this week. As weather rather cold only done riding on the indoor bike. Still 85 km not bad for the first week. A shame it was chucking it down this weekend.
